For a one-time registration fee, you can invite an unlimited number of employees to participate in an audioconference training session. That means you don't need to worry about the costs associated with hiring a speaker from the outside or the expenses related to travel and accommodations to send your employees to training offsite.

Additionally, because each session ranges between 60 and 90 minutes in length, there is less of a disruption in your employees' workday. Because you have the flexibility to arrange to hold your training during the morning or afternoon, you can schedule the session on a date and at a time that will have the least adverse impact on your employees' productivity. After the training they've been provided, your employees will be refreshed, motivated, and better equipped to resume their responsibilities.

Approximately one week prior to your scheduled audioconference, you will receive an email containing detailed instructions for participating in the call. Session handouts and materials for the call participants will also be attached to the email in a PDF file. On the day of your conference, you will simply need to dial the toll-free number provided in the email and enter the personal identification number you have been assigned.
