- Hybrid Training Solutions
We offer all of our sessions in a hybrid online/onground format. This option marries the benefits of traditional facilitator-led onground
training with the convenience of self-paced online learning. Ideal for multi-day sessions, a hybrid solution sustains attendees' interest and
increases their retention of the covered subject matter. A typical weeklong session might be comprised of three days of onground training
and two days when attendees engage in the online learning environment. The online components are thought-provoking and require a
minimal time commitment. On average, only two hours. As a natural extension of the onground session, attendees would be encouraged to
participate in threaded discussions, submit short assignments, comment on others' submissions, and complete online assessments. Take
advantage of this flexible option when scheduling sessions to accommodate work schedules is important but you don't want to compromise
effective training.
Self-Paced Online Learning
When it's a challenge bringing everyone on your team together at one time for training, consider an online learning environment. Every
session we offer is available as a month-long electronic course. This allows your team members to access the content for each week when it
is most convenient for them --- at any time of the day. Whether logging on at work or from the comfort of their own homes, your team
members will enjoy the flexibility of self-paced learning. Weekly assignments and discussion threads can be customized to address those
issues most important to your team. PowerPoint presentations, web videos, article links, and other supplementary learning material will be
