Marigold Consulting provides training sessions, services, and solutions to assist our clients in blooming out of proportion professionally and personally.

Our process in working with our clients is as unique and innovative as our training options.

Step One: Request Services
To get started, complete and submit the short intuitive form on the Email Us page. Upon receipt of your information, we will contact you at the phone number you provided to arrange a convenient date and time for either an in-person or telephone consultation. We will also email for your review a preliminary session outline that includes a detailed breakdown of the modules and activities that comprise the training you have requested.

Step Two: Consultation
During this consultation, we will discuss your goals for the training and answer any questions you may have. At this time, we'll also discuss what changes, if any, you would like made to the session to ensure that it meets the particular needs of your group. This may include adding a module, removing a module, changing a module component, or placing greater or lesser emphasis on a particular component.

Step Three: Final Outline Approval
After incorporating the changes you recommended during the consultation, we will email you a detailed final outline of the training session.

Step Four: Contract for Services
Upon your approval of the session outline, we will email or fax you a contract for services setting forth the date and time of your session, our fee, special equipment needs, and other important information. Please contact us if you have any questions about the contract. A deposit equivalent to 50% of the session fee is due with your signed contract. For your convenience, we can accept payment by check or money order made payable to "Lisa M. Newman" or by credit card.

Step Five: Pre-Session Homework
Upon our receipt of your deposit, you will receive an email including the links and passwords to access two password-protected pages on our website. The first link/password will be to a page containing a short, voluntary pre-session questionnaire on the topics of the session for your team members to complete and submit anonymously. The second link/password will be to a page where participants can anonymously submit questions or comments on specific areas they'd like to see addressed during the session. The answers to any questions submitted through the website will also be compiled and printed in the session workbook.

Step Six: Session Materials
Depending upon the terms of our contract, approximately two weeks prior to your session, we will email you a PDF version of the session workbook. For out-of-state clients who opt to use our reprographic services, we will ship all session materials to your location via first-class mail. In all other instances, we will bring all necessary session materials with us to the site visit or on the day of the session. Also at this time, we will request that you send us a list of the names of session participants so that we can prepare the training certificates they will be given for your signature during the site visit or on the day of the session.

Step Seven: Site Visit
For local clients, we will contact you to arrange a visit/tour of the session facilities at some point within one week of the session. At this time, we will review with you details of room configuration, audiovisual/technology equipment needs, parking arrangements, and other logistical matters.

Step Eight: Session Day
On the day of your session, we will arrive at least one hour prior to the start time to meet with you, ensure proper room set-up, do equipment checks, and attend to any last minute details.

Step Nine: After The Session
With your permission, at the close of the session, we will distribute anonymous evaluations to the participants to complete and return to us. We will also be available thirty minutes immediately following the session to speak with members of your team and answer any additional questions. It is also at this time that you will be able to pay the remainder of your session fee.

Step Ten: Follow Up
For a small fee, you can schedule a 45-minute online chat discussion or a 30-minute lunch and learn session for your group to reinforce the concepts discussed during the session and to allow your team members an opportunity to ask any questions they may have.

The marigold is the birth flower for the month of October which,
coincidentally, is the also the birth month of the founder of Marigold
Consulting. Marigolds are symbolic of passion and creativity. In
other translations, the word marigold means "winning grace" or
"comforts the heart." Derived from the name "Mary's Gold",
marigold flowers were offered as golden gifts to the statute of the
Virgin Mary by the poor who could not afford to give real gold. In
India, the flower was viewed as sacred and often placed around the
necks of holy statues. At Marigold Consulting, our ultimate goal is to
provide learning experiences to assist you to bloom out of
proportion.
