We get up and move around and play with props. We break out into small groups to solve hypothetical challenges and report back to the rest of the group. We channel our inner thespians in role plays and practical simulations. And we learn more about ourselves with revealing self-assessments.

Have you ever attended a seminar only to realize about a quarter of the way through that you've “been there and done that?” Everything sounds so familiar because, well, it is. You will not experience that deja vu feeling at one of our sessions. Each class, seminar, and workshop is comprised of completely original material that we have written. While some of the concepts we'll explore may not be entirely new to you, you will gain greater insight into the nuances of the material that you will not receive at a cookie-cutter session.

• Our sessions are modifiable and can be customized to meet your group's specific training needs. We will work with you to fine tune your session to best meet the needs of your group. This may mean replacing an existing module with a new one, adding a new module, or incorporating new elements in a module. On the day of your session, you will have the confidence of knowing that your session is not a one-size-fits-all session. Rather, it has been tailored to your group.
  
  
• If you don't see an existing session that meets your needs, use our curriculum development services to build a session from the ground up.
  
  
• We value our time and we value others' time. Rest assured that all emails and phone calls will be returned promptly. On the day of your session, we will arrive at least 2 hours early to attend to equipment checks, ensure proper room setup, and discuss any last-minute details with you.
  
  
• Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of services we have provided, 100% of your session fee will be refunded to you. Period.
