CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

You've reviewed the list of sessions we offer, but none of them quite fit the bill. Use
our curriculum development services to build a customized session from the
ground up according to your needs and specifications. We recognize that successful
training begins with a solid curriculum foundation. Through our collaborative
curriculum development process, we will work with you to design learner-centered
written materials and complementary visual aids. Our goal is to provide you with
creative content that is consistent with adult learning principles. Read below to
learn more about how we can assist you in effectuating the goals for your
upcoming training sessions.

    Our curriculum development process is simple. First, we'll schedule a meeting or teleconference to discuss your objectives for the session.
    This will include the specific topics that will be covered, module subtopics, and the length of the session. Once we have a clear
    understanding of what you are looking for, we will prepare and provide you with a preliminary, but detailed, session outline. The outline will
    include a module-by-module breakdown of each topic and subtopic.

    After you review the outline, let us know which specific elements you would like added, removed, developed more fully, or streamlined. Once
    we receive your final approval of the outline, we will prepare the written materials for your session. This will include conducting additional
    research on the topic, writing the workbook to be used during the session, developing exercises and activities, and creating visual aids for
    the session.

    After we complete the first draft of the materials, we will send it to you for your review. Take your time to comb through the materials and
    let us know what you would like changed.  Once we've incorporated your changes, we will send the materials to you for your final approval.
    A complimentary bound hard copy and CD of your written materials will arrive to you within ten business days from the date of your final
    approval. For your convenience, materials can also be transmitted electronically. Because you hold the copyright to all materials, you can
    rest assured that your session will not be replicated for any other group without your permission.

    Curriculum development services are provided at an hourly rate with a minimum of five hours charged. The hourly fee will depend on a
    number of factors including the scope and estimated duration of your project.
