Many people subscribe to the school of thought that great leaders are born, not made.

We think just the opposite is true for trainers.

Our Training for Trainers seminar is ideal for new training professionals. The seminar is offered in four 8-hour sessions, culminating on the last day in participant-led training simulations. Every participant will receive a comprehensive training manual complete with instructional materials, handouts, visual aids, and other tools.
Length: 4 days/Fee: $1,999 per person
(Group discounts available for 15 or more participants)

On the first day of the seminar, participants will be randomly assigned to groups of four or five members. Throughout the course of each training period, groups will be given time to complete various assignments in preparation for the Day 4 training activity. Because this seminar relies heavily on group work, it is recommended for a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 20 people.

An outline of the seminar topics appears below.
